What is Powerful Tools for Caregivers?
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence based self-care education program for family members, partners and friends who provide care for an older adult. The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program provides individuals (family caregivers) with tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges that he or she faces.
The curriculum runs for six-weeks and has been proven to increase self care, self-efficacy, management of emotions and the use of community resources by family caregivers.

- List Powerful Tools classes taking place in the communities throughout New Hampshire
- Include a roster of all class leaders of the curriculum in New Hampshire
- Share tools amongst class leaders
